In March 2025, Macleod Trail Animal Hospital was accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).
American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accreditation represents a commitment that goes beyond ordinary veterinary care. While fewer than 5,000 veterinary hospitals across North America have achieved this distinction, its true significance lies in how this voluntary process transforms the care we provide every patient—and every family we serve.
To earn accreditation, our hospital was evaluated on more than 900 rigorous standards that reflect the highest levels of patient care, safety, and medical excellence. Only about 15% of veterinary practices meet these standards, and we’re incredibly proud to be among them. This achievement reflects not only the dedication and teamwork of our staff, but also our promise to hold ourselves to a higher standard—every single day.
